FAQ:

Q: What currencies do you support?
A: We support Euro and US Dollar. Use the selector to the left of the screen to change currency.

Q: How are VAT taxes calculated?
A: It depends on the country you are in relative to ours (The Netherlands), and if you have a VAT number (most companies do). There are several rules at play whether you are in the same country, or in Europe, or elsewhere worldwide. We are using a module for this, which does a VAT number verification if you fill that out in the shopping cart and it takes a few seconds to calculate.

Q: What payment options are there?
A: We use Mollie for bank and credit card transactions. We have a PayPal option for PayPal accounts. Outside the shop we have invoicing methods available to you.

Q: Can I pay from invoice directly to bank?
A: Yes, this is possible. Send us an email to ask for a quote or ask for the invoice directly. Keep in mind that you can take an exam or register for a training (which includes exam) only after payment is verified.

Q: When I book a training for 1 or even more people, do I get to select when I will follow the training?
A: When payment has arrived, we ask for the names and email addresses or the attendees. We will communicate with you about the dates of the next trainings (or exams). It is possible to buy for 2 people now and both will take a training on a different date/month.
